钯银合金烤瓷与聚合瓷表面耐磨性能的实验研究

摘    要:目的分析钯银合金烤瓷与聚合瓷的表面耐磨性能。方法制作钯银烤瓷试件18个、聚合瓷试件18个、天然牙釉质块28个,测量磨损前试件表面的显微维氏硬度,然后在相同条件下进行表面磨损处理,计算3种试件的体积损失量。扫描电子显微镜观察磨损后3种试件的表面形貌。结果钯银烤瓷、聚合瓷、牙釉质试件的体积损失量分别为(0.26±0.07)×10^-12m3、(2.71±0.23)×10^-12m^3、(1.23±0.25)×10^-12m3;3种试件的维氏硬度分别为(640.00±19.37)kg/s、(128.00±4.05)kg/s、(286.00±7.13)kg/s。3种试件之间体积损失量和维氏硬度差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。扫描电镜观察发现3种试件磨损后表面形态各异,都有不均匀的材料剥脱。结论聚合瓷耐磨性能低于牙釉质,聚合瓷和牙釉质的耐磨性能均低于钯银合金烤瓷。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the volume loss of Pd-Ag porcelain and polymer-ceramic in vitro, and to discuss the surface wear resistance of both. Methods Eighteen standard specimens of Pd-Ag porcelain, eighteen polymer-ce- ramic and twenty-eight human enamel test-pieces were respectively made, and the micro Vickers-hardness of the speci- mens' surface was measured, then surface wear treatment under same conditions were applied, and their w)lume loss was calculated. Observed and photographed the specimens ~ter surface wear treatment with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results There were signiificant differences among the three group specimens in micro Vickers-hardness and volume loss. The observation of SEM photographies showed though each sample surface was different from each other 'after wear treatment, they all had uneven material stripping. Conclosion The wear resistance of polymer-ceramic was lower than that of human enamel, and the wear resistance of polymer-ceramic and human enamel specimens were both lower than that of Pd-Ag porcelain.
