摘    要:目的:基于"气味"对广陈皮药材的挥发性成分整体信息进行分析研究,以期建立广陈皮药材的快速无损鉴别方法。方法:采用电子鼻对不同产地、不同来源的陈皮样品的挥发性成分整体信息进行分析测试,获得数据通过Alpha S0FTV12软件进行处理。结果:不同产地、品种来源及不同贮藏年限的陈皮样品挥发性成分存在相似性和差异性,采用DFA分析方法可以区分广陈皮样品和其他陈皮样品。结论:采用电子鼻技术基于"气味"对陈皮样品进行鉴别研究是可行的,进一步增加样品数量,有望建立陈皮快速无损识别模型。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a rapid nondestructive identification method for Guang Chenpi medicinal material,through analyzing and researching whole information of the volatile components based on smell.Method:Whole information of the volatile components of Chenpi samples from different habitats and sources were analyzed and tested by electronic nose,and the data obtained were processed by Alpha S0FTV12 software.Result:There were similarity and dissimilarity of volatile components among Chenpi samples from different habitats and varieties source and in different storage condition.And DFA analysis can be used to distinguish Guang Chenpi samples from other samples.Conclusion:It is feasible to identify and investigate Chenpi samples based on "smell" by electronic nose technology.It is hopeful to establish a rapid nondestructive identifi cation model for Chenpi by further increasing the number of samples.
