FAK和VEGF在胃癌中的表达及其相互关系

目的检测粘着斑激酶(FAK)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌中的表达及其与侵袭和转移的关系,并探讨二者的相关性.方法采用免疫组织化学sABC法,观察86例胃癌及30例非胃癌组织中FAK和VEGF的表达情况.结果FAK和VEGF在胃癌中的阳性率分别为80%和59%.在非胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为10%和13%.FAK和VEGF在侵及浆膜层胃癌病例中的表达明显高于未侵及浆膜层者,二者之间有显著差异性(P＜0.05);有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组比较有明显差异(P＜0.05),FAK与VEGF阳性表达呈正相关(P＜0.01).结论FAK、VEGF在胃癌的侵袭和转移中起重要作用,二者在胃癌中表达升高可以作预测胃癌侵袭和转移的指标.

The correlation between expression of focal adhesion kinase and vascular endothelial growth factor in human gastric carcinoma

Objective To detect the expression of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human gastric carcinoma, to study their correlation in invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of FAK and VEGF; in 86 specimens resected from patients with gastric carcinoma and 30 non-gastric carcinoma specimens, was investigated by immunohistochemical SABC method respectively. Results The rate of FAK, VEGF was 80% and 59% respectively in gastric carcinoma. However, non-gastric carcinoma was 10% and 13% respectively. The difference was significant (P< 0.05). Moreover, the expression of them is higher in the specimen which had discovered invasion into peritoneal than that in the group without invasion and metastasis. The expression of FAK and VEGF has a closely relationship to the depth of invasion, lymph node mestastasis (P< 0.05). The expression of FAK has a positive correlation with expression of VEGF (P< 0.001). Conclusion FAK, VEGF play a key role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma and might prognosticate invasion and metastasis.
