黄斑部视网膜前膜的光学相干断层扫描图像特征

目的 :探讨黄斑部视网膜前膜的光学相干断层扫描 (opticalcoherencetomographyOCT)图像特征及临床诊断价值。方法 :对临床拟诊或诊断为黄斑部视网膜前膜患者 15例 15眼行OCT ,直接、间接检眼镜 ,眼底照相或FFA检查。结果 :黄斑部视网膜前膜的OCT图像表现为视网膜表面高反光带 ,厚薄不一 ,或紧贴于黄斑表面 ,或与其相连。绝大多数中心凹厚度增加。结论 :OCT可活体显示黄斑前膜 ,评价手术效果 ,为黄斑前膜的临床诊断提供了更加明确客观的信息

Optical coherence tomography of macula epiretinal membrane

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of macular epiretinal membrane under optical coherence tomography (OCT) and the clinical application of OCT. Methods:15 cases (15 eyes) that were diagnosed as or suspected as macular epiretinal membrane in clinic were examined with OCT,ophthalmoscopy,and color fundus photography or FFA when needed. Results:Macular epiretinal membrane was visible on OCT as high reflective tissue,which was contiguous to or anterior to the retinal surface,no matter it was thin or thick.In most of the fovea,the thickness increased. Conclusions:OCT could display the macular epiretinal membrane and evaluate its surgery.It provides more definite and objective information for the clinical diagnosis and operation management.
