| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粘连性肠梗阻的多层螺旋CT成像特征。方法7例手术证实为粘连性肠梗阻患者,术前均行全腹多层螺旋CT扫描,并以手术及病理结果为标准,评价多层螺旋CT成像特征及图像后处理MPR的应用价值。结果7例粘连性肠梗阻患者,其中23例非癌性粘连,螺旋CT清楚显示梗阻近端肠管扩张,梗阻移行处肠管塌陷或锯齿鸟嘴状,移行带光滑,未见明确器质性病变;5例癌性粘连,清楚显示梗阻移行处或周围网膜、系膜有大小不等结节灶,而2例术后证实为癌性粘连CT不能作出癌性诊断;7例绞窄性肠梗阻显示肠壁增厚,密度减低或增高,肠壁增强明显减弱或无强化,肠壁积气,肠系膜水肿或血管增粗,腹水等特征性影像。结论多层螺旋CT对诊断粘连性肠梗阻具有重要的临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss adhesive ileus features of multi-slice spiral CT imaging. Methods Confirmed 37 cases of surgery for patients with adhesive ileus,underwent preoperative abdominal-wide multi-slice spiral CT scan,and the results of surgery and pathology as the standard to evaluate the characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT imaging and image post-processing of the application of the value of MPR.
