口腔癌发生部位与颈淋巴结转移平面关系的临床病例分析

目的本试验通过本院1995-2003年之间137例不同部位口腔癌患者颈部淋巴结所转移平面的病例分析,从而得出口腔癌发生部位与颈淋巴结转移平面的关系。方法对137例不同部位口腔癌患者术后进行淋巴结病理诊断,并记录肿瘤原发灶部位与所转移平面,结果在137例行颈淋巴组织清扫术患者中,肿瘤位于口腔前1／3者,多转移至Ⅲ、Ⅳ平面(占74.07％),中1／3者,多转移至Ⅱ、Ⅲ平面(占70.31％),后1／3者多转移至Ⅰ、Ⅱ平面(占65.22％)。三组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果从本试验可以看出,口腔癌颈部淋巴转移呈现一定的趋势,口腔前份的肿瘤多转移至较低的平面,而后份的肿瘤多转移至较高的平面。这对于临床手术有一定的参考价值。

The relationship between the position of oral carcinomas and neck lymph metastasis

Objective To gain the relationship between the position of oral carcinomas and neck lymph metastasis level by analyzing the oral carcinomas 137 cases during 1995-2003.Methods After operation,pathology of lymph nodes was diagnosed and noted the position of tumor and metastasis level.Result In137 cases,oral carcinomas located 1/3 front,neck lymph metastasis reaches Ⅲ、Ⅳ level mostly (74.07%); 1/3 middle,neck lymph metastasis reaches Ⅱ、Ⅲ level mostly (70.31% ); 1/3 back,neck lymph metastasis reathes Ⅰ、Ⅱ level mostly (65.22% ).The difference among three groups sre significant ( P < 0.05 ) Conclusion According to this study,neck lymph metastasis of Iral carcinomas presents definite regulation.Oral carcinomas in the front of oral cavity mostly transfers the lower level,and the back nmostly transfers to the higher level..
