脑血通颗粒对脑缺血缺氧的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨脑血通颗粒对脑缺氧的保护作用。方法:采用断头缺血,耐常压缺氧及微循环测验,测定脑缺血小鼠呼吸次数,维持时间,测定脑组织中LDH,CK,ATP酶含量,观察脑缺血时对能量代谢的影响。结果:脑血通6.5g/kg,13.2g/kg和26.0g/kg,ig可明显延长小鼠急性脑缺血、断头喘气时间和喘气次数,使小动脉血管口径增大,V/A血管口径比减少,血流速度明显加快,明显提高LDH和CK活力,26.0g/kg可延长小鼠耐常压缺氧时间,提高脑组织中ATP酶含量。结论:脑血通具有改善微循环,降低耗氧,增加供氧量,促进脑缺血后的能量代谢,对急性脑缺血缺氧具有较好保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the protective function of Naoxuetong Granule on brain hypoxic-ischemia.Methods:To make the hypoxic model by cutting the head, the ischemia model under the constant pressure ,and with the microcirculation test on rats, then measure the breath frequency, maintenance time, the contents of LDH, CK, ATP in structure; observe the influence on the energy metabolism.Results:Naoxuetong obviously prolonged the breath period and times, increased the diameter of small artery with the doses of 6.5 g/ kg,13.2 g/kg and 26.0 g/kg, ig., decreased the V/ A ratio, made the blood velocity more quick, improved the activity of LDH and CK. With the dose of 26.0 g/kg, it could prolong the bearing time against hypoxic and ischemia, increase the content of ATP in brain. Conclusion: Naoxuetong has the effects of improving microcirculation, decreasing oxygen consumption, increasing oxygen supplication, improving the energy metabolism. It has very good protective effect against brain hypoxic and ischemia.
