重症急性胰腺炎合并呼吸窘迫综合征患者的临床护理体会

目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎合并呼吸窘迫综合征患者的有效护理对策。方法:回顾性分析39例重症急性胰腺炎合并呼吸窘迫综合征患者的临床资料,总结临床护理经验。结果:患者经有效的护理后,36例患者治愈,治愈患者中均未见明显并发症,3例患者因并发多器官功能衰竭抢救无效死亡,死亡率为7.7%。结论:及时对重症急性胰腺炎合并呼吸窘迫综合征患者实施有效的护理,能够提高临床治疗效果,降低死亡率。

Clinical nursing experience in patients of severe acute pancreatitis with respiratory distress syndrome

Objective To investigate the effective nursing countermeasures of severe acute pancreatitis with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 39 cases of severe acute pancreatitis with respiratory distress syndrome,summarized the clinical nursing experience.Results After effective nursing,36 patients were cured,the cured patients showed no obvious complications,3 patients died because of complicated with multiple organ failure, the mortality rate was 7.7%.Conclusion Taking timely and effective nursing care to patients of severe acute pancreatitis with respiratory distress syndrome,can improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce mortality.
