金康宁合剂的药效学研究

目的:观察金康宁合剂对动物的抗炎及平喘作用.方法:1.小白鼠灌胃金康宁合剂50.0、25.0和12.5g生药/kg,采用小白鼠二甲苯致炎法,观察耳廓肿胀度及计算肿胀抑制率.2.大白鼠灌胃金康宁合剂25.0、12.5、和6.25g生药/kg后,采用大白鼠慢性炎症琼脂肉芽肿法,观察肉芽肿湿重及抑制率的变化.3."哮喘"豚鼠灌胃金康宁合剂,观察各剂量组引喘潜伏期.结果:金康宁合剂对小白鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,能减小大白鼠琼脂肉芽肿,能明显延长豚鼠引喘潜伏期.结论:金康宁合剂具有一定的消炎及平喘作用.

A Pharmacodynamic Study on Jin Kan Ning Mixture

Objective: To observe the effect of anti-inflammatory and relieving asthmatic symptoms in rats with Jin Kan Ning Mixture. Method: 1. Small white rats were perfused into their stomachs with 50.0, 25.0g of Jin Kan Ning Mixture and 12.5g of crude drug/kg by using dimethylbenzene phlogogenic method. Observe their auricular intumesce and calculate the inhibitory rate of intumesce. 2. Big white rats were perfused into their stomachs with 25.0, 12.5 of Jin Kan Ning Mixture and 6.25g of crude drug/kg by using chronic and inflammatory agar granulomatous method. Observe the wet granulation tumor and the change of inhibitory rate. 3. Asthma cavies were perfused into their stomachs with Jin Kan Ning Mixture. Observe the latency phrase of asthma caused by each different dose group. Result: Jin Kan Ning Mixture has an obviously inhibitory effect on the auricular intumesce of small white rats and can reduce the agar granulation tumor of both the small and big white rats and extend the latency phrase of the asthma cavies. Conclusion: Jin Kan Ning Mixture has a certain effect on anti-inflammation and relieving asthmatic symptoms.
