| 摘 要： | 目的了解宫颈炎患者沙眼衣原体的感染状况。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术,对426例宫颈炎患者沙眼衣原体的感染状况进行了检测。结果在上述426例宫颈炎患者中检测出沙眼衣原体阳性标本60例,阳性率为14.08%(60/426)。结论在宫颈炎患者中沙眼衣原体有较高的感染率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the infection conditions of Chlamydia Trachomatis in the women who were suffering from cervicitis.Methods：Using Fluorescent quantitative chain reaction technology to examine the infection conditions of Chlamydia Trachomatis among 426 women who were infected with cervicitis.Results：In above 426 samples,60 were Chlamydia Trachmatis positive,with the rate of 14.08%（60/426）.Conclusions：The infection rate of Chlamydia Trachomatis in the women who were suffering from cervicitis is relatively high. |
