| 摘 要： | 目的总结婴儿唇腭裂同期修复术围术期的护理体会。方法分析134例3～12月龄先天性唇腭裂婴儿同期修复术的临床资料和术前、术中、术后的护理方法与要点。结果 134例婴儿的唇腭裂畸形均一次修复成功。结论严谨而周密的围术期护理是婴儿唇腭裂同期修复手术成功的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the nursing in same-term repair of cleft palate-lip about infant operation term. Methods：To analyse the clinical data and nursing procedure 134 infants with cleft palate-lip between 3 to 12 months old. Results：The cleft palate-lip were cured by same-term repair operation and followed up no recurrence. Conclusion：Nursing is a key circle in same-term repair of cleft palate-lip about infant operation term. |
