例性染色体异常核型与不孕不育分析

摘    要:目的探讨性染色体异常和不孕不育的关系。方法采用外周血淋巴细胞染色体培养技术,G显带,显微镜下核型分析,计数20个核型,分析3个核型。嵌合型加数至50个核型。结果 70例性染色体异常核型中,数目异常50例,占异常核型的71.43%;结构异常8例,占11.43%;Y染色体形态异常9例,占12.86%;另外还有表型异常3例,占4.28%。结论性染色体异常是导致不孕不育的主要原因之一,有必要推广针对不孕不育和不良孕育史的家庭夫妻双方的染色体检查和婚前染色体检查。

Abstract:Objective:In order to investigate the role of chromosome abnormalities in infertility processing.Methods:We used peripheral blood lymphocytes chromosome culture technique including G-banding,karyotype analysis under microscope,counting 20 karyotype,three of them were used to take karyotype analysis.Summand chimeric karyotype to 50.Results:Of all the 70 cases of sex chromosome we examined,50 cases are in the mutant type;while 8 cases are found to be structural abnormalities;9 cases were diagnosised to be Y chromosome abnormal patterns.Furthermore,we found 3 species were phenotypic mutant;accounting for 71.43% ;11.43% ;12.86% and 4.28%,respectively.Conclusion:Abnormalities in sex chromosomes is one of the most important causes of infertility,therefore,it is necessary for the families who have the history of infertility to take sex chromosomes examination before marriage.
