摘    要:目的对85例自然流产绒毛标本染色体核型进行分析,探讨早期流产的原因。方法取流产绒毛细胞进行原位培养,G显带,染色体核型分析。培养失败标本以荧光原位杂交协助诊断。结果 85例早期流产患者绒毛标本染色体异常共28例,占32.94%,检出的染色体异常类型有:常染色体三体10例(35.71%),性染色体异常7例(25.00%),嵌合体2例(7.14%),三倍体6例(21.42%),四倍体1例(3.57%),双重三体1例(3.57%),结构异常1例(3.57%)。结论胎儿染色体异常是早期自然流产的重要原因,绒毛染色体检测为临床咨询提供重要的理论依据。

Chromosome karyotype analysis of chorionic villus in 85 cases early spontaneous abortion

Abstract:Objectives:85 cases chorionic villus samples from the patients with spontaneous abortion were collected for chromosome karyotype analysis to study the cause of early spontaneous abortion.Methods:The chorionic villus cells were used in situ cultivation,G banding,and chromosome karyotype analysis.The samples cultivated unsuccessfully were assisting diagnosed with fluorescence in situ hybridization.Results:Of 85 cases chorionic villus samples from the patients with early spontaneous abortion,28 cases were chromosomal abnormalities (32.94%),the karyotype of chromosomal abnormalities as follow:10 cases were antosomal triploids (35.71%),7 cases were sexual chromosome abnormalities (25.00%),2 cases were mosaics (7.14%),6 cases were trpolids (21.42%),1 case was tetraploids (3.57%),1 case was double triploids (3.57%),and 1 case was structural aberrations (3.57%).Conclusions:Chromosomal abnormalities are important factors of early spontaneous abortion,analysis of chorionic villus chromosome provides an important theoretical basis for clinical consultation.
