怀化地区2004年-2008年出生缺陷监测结果分析

目的了解我市出生缺陷发生率及趋势,探讨采取干预措施,实现降低出生缺陷的目的。方法对2005年-2008年来全市34家医疗保健机构出生的缺陷儿情况进行回顾性的统计分析。结果 5年间出生缺陷总发生率逐年上升,并指多指(趾)、唇/腭裂、神经管缺陷占前三位。结论针对检出率高且严重先天畸形种类,制定有效行政和医疗保健干预措施,加强农村围产期保健的管理,广泛开展优生和保健知识宣传,大力开展产前筛查和产前诊断以进一步降低出生缺陷。
