Y染色体长度异常对辅助生殖技术治疗的影响

目的探讨在辅助生殖技术中,Y染色体长度异常对精液各项指标影响。受精、胚胎卵裂情况及妊娠结局的影响。方法对2009年4月至2009年10月在我院生殖中心进行体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)助孕的128例患者(共136个周期治疗)进行前瞻性研究,大Y染色体组共4个治疗周期(3例患者),小Y染色体组共3个鲜胚移植周期,1个冻胚移植周期。结果 (1)Y染色体长度异常患者组精液形态正常值8-21(17.02±4.24),低于正常标准;(2)大Y组临床妊娠率为0(0/4%);(3)小Y组不孕年限2-4年(3.22±0.83),获卵数7-23枚(17.19±6.17),受精率42.9%和卵裂率60%,临床妊娠率为25%(1/4)。结论 Y染色体长度异常影响精液的畸形率;对卵子受精率、胚胎卵裂率及发育潜能有一定的影响。

Influence of abnormal lengthy Y chromosome on assisted reproductive technology.

Objective：To explore the influence of abnormal lengthy Y chromosome on the sperm parameters,the outcome of in vitro fertilization,embryo cleavage and clinical pregnancy.Methods：We studied the data from 128 infertile patients（136 cycles） who underwent IVF /ICSI-ET in our Reproductive Medicine Center from April to October 2009.Of total 136 cycles of the treatment,4 cycles（3 patients） were performed on the big Y chromosome group,3 cycles of fresh embryo transfer and 1 cycle of frozen embryo transfer were performed on the small Y chromosome group.Results：（1） Sperm morphology of abnormal lengthy Y chromosome is 8-21（17.02±4.24）,lower than normal value;（2） The clinical pregnancy rate of big Y is 0（0/4%）;（3）For small Y group,Infertile years are 2-4（3.22±0.83）,the total eggs are 7-23（17.19±6.17）,the infertility rate,the cleavage rate and clinical pregnancy rate is 42.9%,60% and 25%,respectively.Conclusion：Abnormal lengthy Y chromosome has significant influence on sperm morphology,and certain influence on infertility rate,cleavage rate and the embryo development.
