| 摘 要： | 目的检测子痫前期胎盘的FAS蛋白表达水平,探讨子痫前期的发病机制。方法采用免疫组织化学方法结合病理图像分析技术,定量分析10例正常妊娠组、17例轻度子痫前期组和13例重度子痫前期组胎盘FAS蛋白表达。结果 FAS蛋白主要表达与胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的胞膜及胞浆内。与正常妊娠组比较,子痫前期组胎盘FAS蛋白表达显著增加,轻度、重度子痫前期组比较,有显著性差异。结沦子痫前期患者胎盘滋养层细胞FAS蛋白表达增加可能是子痫前期的发病机制之一,从而为临床治疗子痫前期提供新的方向。

| Abstract: | Objective：Detection of expression of FAS in placenta explores the preeclampsia placenta.Methods：Immunohistochemical staining method with pathological image analysis technology analyze expression of FAS in 10 cases of normal pregnancy group,17 patients with mild preeclampsia and 13 patients with severe preeclampsia placentas.Results：expression of FAS mainly lies in placental trophoblast cells＇ membrane and the cytoplasm.With the normal pregnancy,expression of FAS in placentas increased significantly in mild and severe preeclampsia placenta groups,so the difference was significant.Conclusion：increase of the expression of FAS in preeclampsia trophoblast cells is the pathogenesis of preeclampsia so as to provide a new direction in the clinical treatment of preeclampsia. |
