郑州地区915对不良孕产史夫妇的细胞遗传学分析

目的探讨不良孕产史夫妇与染色体核型异常之间的关系。方法对1830例（915对夫妇）不良孕产史夫妇进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体培养、收获、G显带后核型分析。结果在1830例中检出异常核型139例,异常检出率为7.60%。染色体数目异常18例（0.98%）;结构异常121例（6.61%）,其中相互易位23例、罗伯逊易位7例、倒位14例、异染色质多态性变异70例。结论染色体异常是不良孕产史的重要病因,应重视及时对此类患者进行细胞遗产学检查,并指导生育。

Cytogenetical analysis on 786 couples with negative reproductive history

Objective： To analyze the relationship between abnormal chromosome karyotype and negative reproductive history.Methods： The peripheral blood lymphocytic culture and harvest were performed according to standard methods in 1830 patients（915couples）.Karyotypes after G band were analyzed.Results： 139（7.60%） cases were diagnosed as abnormal karyotypes,including 23 cases of balanced translocation,7 cases of Robertsonian translocation,14 cases of pericentric inversion,70 cases of chromosome polymorphism.Conclusion： The chromosomal abnormalities may play an important role in the occurance of negative reproductive history,cytogenetical detection is necessary.
