联合检测孕妇血清尿酸和钠、氯、钙离子浓度对预测妊高征的临床意义

目的探讨血清尿酸和钠、氯、钙离子浓度对预测妊高征的临床意义。方法检测100例妊高征和100例正常孕妇血清尿酸与钠、氯、钙离子的浓度值。结果妊高征孕妇组血清尿酸和钠、氯离子浓度明显高于正常孕妇组,差异显著（P〈0.01）;妊高征孕妇组血清钙浓度明显低于正常孕妇组,且差异显著（P〈0.01）。结论联合检测孕妇血清尿酸值和钠、氯、钙离子浓度可预测妊娠高血压综合征的发生以及作为判断病情轻重的指标。

Clinical meaning of serum uric acid,sodion,chloridion and calciumion＇s consistency joint test to the prognosis of PIH

Objective：approach to the clinical meaning of SUA,Sodion,Chloridion and Calciumion＇ s Consistency to PIH.Methods：carry out a test on a group of 100 PIH Pregnant women and a group of 100 healthy Pregnant women about SUA,Sodion,Chloridion and Calciumion＇s Consistency.Results：the SUA,Sodion and Chloridion＇s consistency value of the PIH group is obviously higher than that of the healthy pregnant women group,significant difference：（P 0.01） ;the Calciumion＇s consistency value of the PIH group is obviously lower than that of the healthy pregnant women group,significant difference：（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Joint Test of Serum Uric Acid,Sodion,Chloridion and Calciumion＇s Consistency can help to the Prognosis of PIH and be an index for determination of the severity of PIH.
