PAPP-A及ADAM12在胚胎发育情况预测中的应用

目的探讨妊娠相关蛋白A（PAPP-A）及解整合素-金属蛋白酶12（ADAM12）对胚胎发育情况的预测价值。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2009年1月我院分娩的31例早产儿、25例足月小样儿及60例巨大儿的孕妇为研究对象,以120例娩出正常出生体重儿的孕妇为对照组。结果在足月小样儿及早产儿的研究对象中血清中PAPP-A和ADAM12的浓度明显低于正常出生体重组孕妇,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在巨大儿组的研究对象中血清中PAPP？A的浓度高于正常出生体重组孕妇,但差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）,而ADAM12的浓度明显高于正常出生体重组孕妇,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论孕妇血清PAPP-A及ADAM12对胚胎发育情况的预测有一定意义。

The predictive value of PAPP-A and ADAM12 to the growth of embryo

Objective： To investigate the predictive value of PAPP-A and ADAM12 to the growth of embryo.Methods： Retrospectively analyze pregnants of 31 premature infants,25 full-term infants and 60 giant infants who were born in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009,and pregnants of 120 normal-weight infants were chosen as control group.Results： The density of PAPP-A and ADAM12 in serum of pregnants of full-term infants and premature infants are obviously lower than pregnants of normal-weight infants and the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）;The density of PAPP-A in serum of pregnants of giant infants are higher than pregnants of normal-weight infants,but the difference has no obvious significance（P0.05）.While the density of ADAM12 are obviously higher than pregnants of normal-weight infants and the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： PAPP-A and ADAM12 in pregnants′ serum have some significance to the prediction of the growth of embryo.
