| 摘 要： | X连锁磷酸盐调节基因在体内与肾磷重吸收以及骨和牙的矿化密切相关。X连锁磷酸盐调节基因突变可引起骨和牙的形态发生严重改变,例如佝偻病、球间牙本质和前期牙本质加宽等。下面就X连锁磷酸盐调节基因参与骨和牙的生物矿化和磷代谢平衡的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Phosphate-regulating gene with homologies to endopeptidase, on the X-chromosome(PHEX) is tightlycorrelated with renal phosphate homeostasis and bone, dentin mineralization. PHEX mutations could cause morphological abnormality severely of bone and dentin, such as rickets, interglobular dentin, widen predentin and so on. This review summarizes the possible mechanisms of PHEX involving biological mineralization and phosphate metabolic homeostasis. |
