| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨淋巴管瘤的CT表现。方法 回顾分析手术病理证实的15例淋巴管瘤的CT表现。结果 15例淋巴管瘤，其中颈部10例、后胸壁2例、肠系膜2例、脾脏1例。多表现为囊性、边界不清的病灶。结论 CT可显示肿瘤的大小、形态和范围，从而指导手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the CT features of lymphangioma. Methods CT fingings of 15 cases of lymphangioma proved surgically and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 15 cases, 10 cases were located in neck, 2 in posterior chest wall,2 in mesentery, 1 in spleen. Main CT fearures of focus were cystic mass with ill defined margin. Conclusion CT can show the size,shape and extent of the lesions and direct the surgical treatment. |
