| 摘 要： | 本文对我省安溪县地方性氟中毒流行区12名氟骨症患者及8名饮低氟水对照者进行血、尿生化分析比较有显著性差异。以氟宁片对患者作一个月的治疗,治疗后血清ALP、LDH、P及尿F~-较治疗前明显降低,血钙回升并接近对照组水平。

| Abstract: | This study was performed in 8 controls who received drinking water with low fluoride and 12 patients of skeletal fluorosis in An-Xi County of Fujian Province where large segments of population are afflicted with fluorosis.Biochemical parameters of serum and urine were significantly different between the patients and the controls.After administrating Tabellae Funning to the patients for one month,serum alkaline phosphatase lactate dehydrogenase,inorganic phosphate and urinary F were decreased significantly than before treatment whereas serum calcium increased approximately as that of the controls. |
