| 摘 要： | 目的建立浊度法测定盐酸土霉素注射液的效价。方法浊度法,以金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌,加菌量0.2%,（37±0.5）℃培养3～4h测定。结果抗生素线性浓度范围为0.05～0.25.umL^-1,r=0.998 6,平均回收率为100.26%（n=9）,RSD为0.7%。结论本方法具有灵敏,快速的特点,可以作为测定盐酸土霉素注射液效价的方法。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a turbidimetric method for determination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride injection. Methods The test organism was staphylococcus aureus. The bacterial suspension of staphylococcus aureus inoculation was set at about 0.2% （V/V）ratio and at （37±0.5）℃for 3 -4 hours. Results The linear range was 0.05 - 0.25 u.mL^-1, r =0. 998 6 and the average recovery was 100.26% （ n = 9） with an RSD of 0.7%. Conclusion The method is sensitive efficient for determining oxytetracycline hydrochloride injection. |
