羟乙基淀粉对患者凝血功能影响的临床研究

摘    要:为研究羟乙基淀粉对凝血功能的影响,将20例颅脑外科患者采取随机双盲法分成两组,一组输注10%羟乙基淀粉溶液。另一组输注6%羟乙基淀粉溶液,在同等条件下,比较输注羟乙基淀粉溶液前、后凝血功能的改变。结果显示:输注6%羟乙基淀粉溶液500ml后白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间(PT)与输注前相比无显著差异。输注10%羟乙基淀粉溶液500ml后,APTT、纤维蛋白原含量与输注前相比无显著差异,但PT值明显大于输注前(P<0.05)。提示:输注6%羟乙基淀粉溶液后对凝血功能无改变;输注10%羟乙基淀粉溶液后病人PT时间延长,但临床观察无出血倾向。

Abstract:To observe the influence of hydroxyethyl starch solution on coagulation, 20 patients were investigated. The patients were divided into two groups: group one, 10 % hydroxyethyl starch solution group (n=10) and group two, 6 % hydroxyethyl starch solution group (n=10). The alterlations of coagulation pro-infusion and post-infusion of hydroxyethyl starch solution were compared. The results showed that no significant change was found in the 6 % hydroxyethyl starch solution group, while the prothrombin time was significantly prolonged in the 10 % hydroxyethyl starch solution group (P<0.05), but no clinical hemorrhagic signs appeared. It was suggested that transfusion of 6 % hydroxyethyl starch solution had no influence on the coagulation, while transfusion of 10 % hydroxyethyl starch solution could prolong the prothrombin time.
