| 摘 要： | 目的探讨数字减影血管造影在消化道出血中的诊断及筘疗价值。方法对38例消化道出血的病人行选择性出血血管造影，根据造影结果即时灌药、栓塞。结果经DSA检查38例均为阳性发现，34例即时行栓塞治疗成功止血，止血率89％。结论DSA在治疗消化道出血及诊断中有较高阳性发现率及定位定性诊断符合率。介入栓塞治疗有着可靠的即时止血率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of angiography and embolization for treating gastroduodenal hemorrhage. Methods Digital subtraction angiogram （DSA） and embolizadon was performed in 38 cases with gastroduodenal hemorrhage for hemostation. Result The bleeding arteries were found in all cases by DSA and embolization was done SUCCeSSfully. Conchasions DSA has high positive rate in gastrodudenal hemorrhage and embolization is effect in hemostation. |
