酚妥拉明治疗原发性腹膜炎50例临床分析

目的　探讨临床对原发性腹膜炎治疗 ,应用抗生素的同时应用酚妥拉明的临床价值。方法　对 10 0例原发性腹膜炎病人 ,按所患基础疾病大致相同 ,分为抗生素 酚妥拉明和抗生素治疗两组 (各 5 0例 ) ,进行临床治疗效果的比较。结果　抗生素 酚妥拉明治疗组的总有效率是 92 % (46例 ) ,而对照组总有效率则为 80 % (40例 )。结论　临床治疗原发性腹膜炎 ,在选择有效抗生素的同时应用酚妥拉明 ,可迅速解除毛细血管痉挛 ,增加组织灌流量 ,有效改善微循环 ,对促进腹膜和肠管的炎症吸收、病人胃肠道功能的尽快恢复 ,有一定积极的作用。

Effect of phentolamine in the treatment for primary peritonitis:a report of 50 cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of phentolamine together with antibiotics in treament for primary peritonitis.Methods Fifty patients (study group)out of a total of one hundred patients with primary peritonitis were randomly selected for using phentolamine together with antibiotics.They were compared with the other fifty patients who were only given antibiotic therapy (control group).Result The study group's curative effect was 92%,but the control group's curative effect was 80%.Conclusion Using phentolamine together with antibiotics can alleviate blood capillary's convulsion,increase blood supply of tissue and promote blood microcirculation.It has good effect on dismissing peritonitis and increasing gastrointestinal tract's function.
