心音包迹标测图及录制系统的研究

摘    要:心音包迹标测图(HSEcM)是运用电子技术、计算机方法自行研制的专用记录仪在受检者胸前30个标测点,分期同步记录绘制的心音包迹阵列图。经40例正常人和45例患者的初步应用。结果表明:本图具有形象直观、信息量多等特点,除能显示各标测点局部心音特征外,同时还能展示胸前心音音场特征;既便于研究同一音素随检测部位不同而发生的强弱和形态变化,也便于对不同疾病的心音特征进行全面对比分析。

Abstract:The Heart Sound Envelope Carve Mapping(or named HSECM)is a recorder that was disigned with the technology of electric engineering and computer method.It can draw a graph of heart-sound as envelope array while synchronous recording by stages at 30 mark points on the chest of checked persons. Comparing the initial mapping results with tradition heart-sound graph from 40 cases normal persons and 45 cases patients,HSECM can record messages of heart-sound from different positions and show the local heartsound in clear and orderly line.HSECM has many features,such as shapes direct multitudinous messages and arrange in an orderly way for the graph consist with the position of practical survey.It gives the benefit to comprehend the heart-sound and sound-range for beginers and thoroughly study the messages contained in heart-sound for clinical doctor.It facifitates to study the change of intensity and shape of same phoneme from different checked points and to research the specific property and constitute property of each point from different patients of heart disease.
