| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良早期预警评分在急危重症患者抢救中的应用及效果。方法采用改良早期预警评分表对急危重症患者病情进行评分,根据评分结果采用相应的处理流程。结果使用改良早期预警评分判断病情快捷准确,提高了医生对护理人员配合满意度及患者和家属对护理工作的满意度(P0.01)。结论对患者实施改良早期预警评分可以提高患者收治的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of modified early warning score （ MEWS ） in rescuing the urgent and severe patients. Methods The urgent and severe patients＇conditions were scored by the MEWS form. The whole rescue processes were applied according to the MEWS. Results The application of early warning score could shorten the salvage time and increase the rate of successful rescue. Moreover, the satisfaction of the patients and their families with nursing and the satisfaction of doctors with nurses also were raised （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The application of the MEWS form can increase the successful rate of emergency rescue and the satisfaction of patients and their families with nursing. |
