| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸腔肿瘤切除术后并发心律失常的有关因素。方法:对1991年1月至1997年10月我院1148例胸腔肿瘤切除术后并发心律失常的242例年龄、性别、肿瘤性质、部位、术前心电图、术前血氧饱和度等多因素的对比分析。结果:年龄>61岁,恶性肿瘤,术前心电图异常,术前血氧饱和度<94％者,术后心律失常发生率高于年龄<60岁,良性肿瘤,术前心电图正常,术前血氧饱和度>95％者,P分别<0.01,0.05,0.01,0.01,术后心律失常发生与性别、肿瘤部位无关。结论:术后并发心律失常同年龄、肿瘤良恶性,术前血氧饱和度,心电图异常等有关。

| Abstract: | In order to Study the factors to be related to development of postoperative arrhythmia for the patients with thoracic cavity tumours. 242 patients out of 1148 patients treated by resection of thoracic cavity tumour developed the postoperative arrhythmia. We found that the occurrence of postoperative arrhythmia may be relevan to age, malignant or benign tumours, preoperative SaO2 and preoperative ECG, but was unrelated to sex and the location of the tumours. Conclusions were that various factors which lead to anoxia and cardiac dysfunction might induce the genesis of postoperative arrhythmia. |
