| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胸外科围手术期的处理。方法：回顾性分析本院胸外科自1997年7月至2009年6月的696例胸外科围手术期处理的临床资料。结果：本纽围术期死亡5例；术后并发症发生率8．04％（56／696）；术后肺并呼吸衰竭26例；急性肺水肿并左心衰竭12例；胸内出血8例；胸内胃食管吻合口瘘10例。结论：胸外科围手术期的处理是外科治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the perioperative management of general thoracic surgery. Methods： Clinical data on perioperative management in 696 cases of general thoracic surgery registered to our hospital between July 1997 and June 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：In this cohort, there were five death during perioperative period. Postoperative complications occurred in 8% （56/696） of the patients, including respiratory failure in 26 cases, acute puhnonary edema and left heart failure in 12, intra-thoracic hemorrhage in 8 and fistula of intrathoracic gastroesophageal anastomosis in 10. Conclusion：Perioperative management appeared to be the key issue for successful thoracic surgery. |
