| 摘 要： | 本文分析了25例增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)D3级的玻璃体手术,成功率为68%.作者认为对PVR D3级的治疗关键是玻璃体切除联合膜剥离及眼内填充,尤其是硅油填充可明显提高疗效.PVR形成与手术刺激、裂孔大小、外伤及玻璃体积血不关。对玻璃体手术的适应症，作者对手术时机及并发症也作了扼要讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the results of vitreous surgery in 25 cases of PVR D3 were analyzed.Pars plana vitrectomy and membrane peeling were performed in all eyes.The follow-up is more than 3 months.The anatomic successful rate was 68%.The authors suggest that vitrectomy combined with membrane peeling and intraocular tamponade was key for the treatment of PVR D3.Silicone oil tamponade may improve the patients'prognosis.The authors suggest that the etiologic factors may include the operative irritation,giant tear,trauma and vitreous hemorrhage.The time and the complications of the vitreous surgery were discussed.
