| 摘 要： | 从对病态窦房结综合征的病因病机认识,辨证施治,典型病案,体会4个方面对罗陆一教授辨治病态窦房结综合征的临证经验进行了论述。罗陆一教授认为本病病位在心,其根本在肾,主要病机为心、脾、肾阳气虚弱,以肾虚为根,在阳虚的基础上可有不同程度的血瘀、痰阻、寒凝等之标证,据此制定了"温通心肾"的治疗大法,以"伤寒论"经方麻黄附子细辛汤合桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤为基础方,随症加减,临床收效满意。
