| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨罗格列酮对2型糖尿病患者血清抵抗素水平和胰岛素敏感性的影响。②方法40例2型糖尿病患者给予罗格列酮治疗12周，治疗前后分别测定其血清抵抗素水平和胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-1R）。③结果治疗后血清抵抗素的水平下降（P〈0．05）、胰岛素抵抗指数显著下降（P〈0．01）。④结论罗格列酮降低血清抵抗素的水平与胰岛素抵抗指数，对改善糖尿病患者血压、血糖及血酯具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effects of rosiglitazone on serum resistin and insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with rosiglitazone for 12 weeks,serum resistin and insulin resistance index were measured before and after treatment.Results The serum resistin levels and the insulin resistance index were decreased after treatment with rosiglitazone(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum resistin and the insulin resistance index were decreased after treatment with rosiglitazone in patients with type 2 diabetes. |
