负压引流瓶在乳腺癌改良根治术后并发症预防中的效果观察

目的:观察负压引流瓶在乳腺癌改良根治术后并发症预防中的效果。方法:选择行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例,观察组术后使用负压引流瓶,对照组术后使用持续电动负压引流,观察两组术后皮下积液、皮瓣坏死的发生率及总引流量、置管时间、住院时间等情况。结果:观察组发生皮肤积液2例,发生率4.65%,皮瓣坏死0例,发生率为0,明显低于对照组的18.60%(8/43)、13.95(6/43);观察组引流量、置管时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌改良根治术后使用真空负压引流瓶可有效预防术后并发症,且操作简单、置管及住院时间短,值得临床推广应用。

Suction Drainage Bottle Radical Effect Observed in the Prevention of Post-operative Complications in Breast

Objective：To observe the negative pressure drainage bottle in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer postoperative complications prevention effect. Methods：breast cancer modified radical mastectomy in 86 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, each 43 cases, the patients in the observation group using negative pressure drainage bottle, a control group of postoperative use of continuous electric negative pressure drainage, observe two groups of postoperative subcutaneous effusion, the incidence rate of skin flap necrosis and total drainage, indwelling time the hospitalization time, etc. Results ： in the observation group, the incidence of skin effusion in 2 cases, the occurrence rate of 4.65% ,0 cases of flap necrosis, the occurrence rate of 0%, significantly lower than that of control group 18. 600//00 （8/43）, 13.95 （6/43） ; observation group drainage, indwelling time, duration of hospitalization were significantly less than that in the control group, the difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：in modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer using a vacuum negative pressure drainage bottle can effectively prevent postoperative complications, and the operation is simple, catheterization and hospitalization time is short, it is worthy of clinical application.
