红藤汤灌肠联合盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

目的:探讨红藤汤灌肠联合盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性盆腔炎患者174例,随机将其分为观察组89例和对照组85例,两组慢性盆腔炎患者经明确诊断后均给予红藤汤中药保留灌肠治疗,而观察组患者则在此药物治疗的基础上加用盆腔治疗仪联合治疗,并对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的痊愈率明显提高,且呈现出极显著性差异(P<0.01);与此同时,观察组患者的总有效率亦有所提高,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红藤汤中药灌肠联合盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效好,方法简便,值得临床推广应用。

Observation the Clinical Efficacy of Hongteng Decoction Enema Ombined with Pelvic Treatment Instrument to Treat Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective：To probe into the clinical efficacy of hongteng decoction combined with pelvic treatment instrument to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods ： Selected January 2008 to June 2010, 174 chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients in our hospital. The patients were divided into observation group with 89 cases and control group with 85 cases randomLy. The patients in both groups were treated with Hongteng decoction Chinese medicine enema, while the patients in observation group were treated combined with pelvic treatment instrument. Compared and analyzed the clinical efficacy of patients in two groups. Results： Compared with control group, the patients in observation group cure rate was significantly improved, there was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. At the same time, compared with control group, the patients in observation group total effective rate was also improved, there was no statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Hongteng decoction Chinese medicine enema combined with pelvic treatment instrument has effective effect, simple method and worthy of promotion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
