长托宁联合氯磷定治疗急性有机磷农药中毒临床分析

目的:探讨长托宁联合氯磷定治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法:选取急性有机磷农药中毒患者88例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组患者44例,研究组长托宁与氯磷定联合治疗,对照组阿托品与氯磷定联合治疗,并分别对两组患者的临床症状改善情况和临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果:研究组与对照组相比,临床症状消失时间、胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间、住院时间均明显缩短,治愈率显著提高,反跳和死亡率则显著降低,差别均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长托宁联合氯磷定对于抢救急性有机磷农药中毒具有极其显著的临床治疗效果,能够为进一步提高急性有机磷农药中毒的临床救治水平发挥积极的推动作用。

Clinical Analysis of Changtuoning Combined with Pralidoxime Chloride Treatment of Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Objective.- To probe into the clinical effect of changtuoning combined with pralidoxime chloride treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods：Selected January 2011 to December 2011, 88 acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients in our hospital. All the patients were divided into study group and control group randomly, there were 44 cases in each group. The patients in study group were treated with combination therapy Changtuoning and pralidoxime chloride. The patients in control group were treated with combination therapy of atropine and pralidoxime chloride. Compared and analysis the clinical symptoms improvement and clinical treat efficacy of patients in two groups. Results： Compared with control group, patients in study group, the clinical symptoms disappeared time, cholinesterase recovery time and hospital stay time were significantly shortened, and the cure rate was significantly improved, rebound and the death rate were significantly reduced, there were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Changtuoning combined with pralidoxime chloride has a significant clinical effect for rescue patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning extremely. It can play an active role in promoting to further improve the level of clinical treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
