| 摘 要： | 目的观察肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效,为控制肾衰患者肾衰进程而延缓进行血液透析提供一个好的方法.方法将200例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组静脉滴注肾康注射液,对照组口服尿毒清颗粒.平行治疗28 d后总结观察疗效.结果治疗组与对照组在中医临床症状、体征改善程度及征候积分,以及临床生化指标(CCr、SCr、BUN)改善方面均存在着显著性差异,前者优于后者.结论肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效确切,生物利用度高,起效快,不良反应少,患者依从性好,提示其可能有效改善肾小管间质损害.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenkang Injection in treating CRF and control process of it, slowing down and decreasing the numbers of dialyses. Methods 200 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 100 patients in the treatment group took Shenkang Injection. 100 patients in the control group took Niaoduqing Grenulus. Drew a conclusion after treatment of twenties-eight days. Results There are markedly difference between the treatment group and the control group in whether traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, physical signs or indexes. Having been analyzed and considering, the medicine had the function of delaying the progress of CRF. Conclusion Shenkang Injection is a valid treatment in CRF. The bioavailability is high and the effect is quick, side effect is less, patient is easy to accept it. It can probable improvement interrenal tissue of renal tubules. |
