气管分叉角的动态X线解剖研究

笔者采用动态放射照片法，观察了１０５例正常人的气管分叉角，其移动度以及主支气管下壁厚度的Ｘ线解剖正常值，另外，３５例食管癌病人的气管分叉角变化和移动度也进行了测量，两组测量结果的对照证明气管分叉角区的动态放射照片给出对于食管癌手术可能和预后的估计具有十分重要的意义。

Clinical Studies on Otitis Media Exudation in Children

The postoperative follow-up have been in 68 ears with Otitis media exudation from 6 months to 7 years. The surgical methods and clinical observation was discussed.The impedance tympanogram were all B type preoeration but postoperation the impedance tympanogram showed A type of 51 ears: B type of 9 ears, C type of 3 ears,and perforation of tympanal 3 ears. The audiometry test become better in 29 ears. Both the tubing with adenoidectomy methods and the adenoidectomy with tonsillectomy methods were ineffect.postoperation must to be treated Rhinitis and sinusitis to prevent recurrence.
