依达拉封原料药的含量测定

摘    要:目的 建立依达拉封原料的含量测定方法。方法 分别采用非水滴定法、高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定,并将结果进行比较。结果 3种方法均具可行性。结论 依达拉封原料的含量测定采用非水滴定法,简便、准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop an assay method for edaravone.METHODS Nonaqueous potentiometric titration, HPLC and UV spectrophotometry were used to determine edaravone, respectively, and the results were compared with each other.RESULTS All of the three methods were feasibile to determine edaravone.CONCLUSION Nonaqueous Potentiometric titration was adopted, which was simple and accurate.
