| 摘 要： | 采用Bardach术式对36 例腭裂患者(Ⅱ度15 例、Ⅲ度21 例)作腭裂整复术,并对36 例Ⅱ度20 例、Ⅲ度16 例腭裂患者作Landolt(兰)法修复腭裂,术后效果对比分析. Bardach术式:腭瘘2.77%(1/36),出血(0/36),喉梗阻(0/36);兰法:腭瘘16.6% (6/36),出血5.55%(2/36),喉梗阻2.77% (1/36);2 种术式术后腭瘘对比, χ2=3.94, P<0.05, 2 种术式出血、喉梗阻对比, χ2=4.17, P<0.05.提示:Bardach 术式优于兰法术式. |
