| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同的引流方法对乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的影响。方法将87例行乳腺癌改良根治术(保留胸大、小肌或仅保留胸大肌)病人随机分组,分别采取皮瓣下双管负压引流(实验组)和常规腋窝负压引流(对照组)2种不同的引流方法,观察比较两组患者皮下积液的发生情况。结果实验组患者发生皮下积液者较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论应用皮瓣下双管引流方便、可靠,可有效降低乳腺癌根治术后皮下积液的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the useful method which can decrease the rate of subcutaneous water accumulation after modified radical mastectomy.Method] Eighty-seven patients with breast cancer received modified radical mastectomy were randomized into two groups.Research group(48 cases) were conducted with subcutaneous double tube negative pressure drainage.Control group(39 cases) were conducted with conventional armpit negative pressure drainage.Result] The rate of subcutaneous water accumulation in research group(4.17%) was lower than that in control group(28.20%).Conclusion] Subcutaneous double tube negative pressure drainage could degrade the rate of subcutaneous water accumulation after modified radical mastectomy usefully. |
