| 摘 要： | 目的探讨实施APN连续性排班的实践与成效。方法 2009年9月将护士排班方式由传统排班模式改为APN连续性排班模式。比较两种排班方式病人对护士工作满意度、健康教育满意率及护士对APN排班的支持率。结果 APN连续性排班模式实施后病人对护士工作满意度、健康教育满意率及护士对分层级管理和APN连续性排班的支持率明显提高,前后比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论 APN连续性排班和护士分层级管理体现以"病人为中心"的管理理念,充分发挥各层次护理人员的作用,有利于保证护理质量。
