| 摘 要： | 目的探讨建立大鼠慢性支气管炎模型的新方法。方法采用气道滴入脂多糖加烟熏法建立大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,HE染色观察病理形态并行半定量评分。结果模型组大鼠熏烟4周后即出现体重下降、咳嗽,活动后出现气喘,病理可见肺泡壁水肿明显,气道黏膜上皮纤毛部分粘连、倒伏、脱落,杯状细胞增生,管壁炎细胞浸润,支气管平滑肌增厚。结论气道内滴入脂多糖结合烟熏法可成功建立慢性支气管炎大鼠模型。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a new method of establishment of rat chronic bronchitis model.Method The animal model was induced by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and smoking,and was evaluated by semiquantity rating HE stained pathological morphlogy.Result After 4weeks,in chronic bronchitis model group,significant reduction in weight gaining and cough short of breah was seen.Pathology of respiratory tract tissue of rats with chronic bronchitis showed lodging of cilia,exuviation,increase of secretion in lumens,infiltration of inflammatory cells,proliferation of goblet cells,rupture of smooth muscles.Conclusion The method of intratracheal instillation of lipopolysacharide and smoking fumming could successfuly make the rat model of chronic bronchitis. |
