医护患共同完成妇科腹腔镜手术体位摆放的效果观察

目的探讨医护患共同完成妇科腹腔镜手术体位摆放的方法和效果。方法选择960例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,按手术顺序分组,单数为对照组,双数为研究组,每组各480例。两组患者均实施常规的围手术期护理。对照组手术体位摆放由医生和护士一起完成,研究组采用医护患共同完成。比较两组患者手术体位摆放前后血压、心率和与手术体位并发症的发生情况。结果手术体位摆放前后,两组患者血压和心率变化情况的组内比较,研究组无统计学意义(均P>0.05),对照组具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者血压和心率变化情况的组间比较,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),研究组患者手术前后生命体征较对照组平稳。研究组发生上肢和下肢疼痛、麻木等手术体位并发症的发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术体位摆放采用医护患共同完成,不仅保证患者手术前后生命体征的平稳,而且降低了手术体位并发症的发生。

Patients' participation in the settlement of the position during the gynecological laparoscopic surgery
