| 摘 要： | 目的:总结钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的经验。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的64例采用钻孔引流术的慢性硬膜下血肿的临床资料,Bander分级:Ⅰ级16例,Ⅱ级41例,Ⅲ级5例,Ⅳ级2例。结果:所有患者均痊愈,53例气颅和2例脑脊液漏,拔管后自愈。结论:钻孔引流术创伤小,疗效确切,是治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the experiences in CSDH by trepanation and drainage. Methods: The clinical data of 64 cases of CSDH by trepanation and drainage were analyzed retrospectively. Bander in grades:16 cases graded Ⅰ,41 cases graded Ⅱ,5 cases graded Ⅲ ,and 2 cases graded Ⅳ. Results: They were all cured. It was self-cure after tube drawing that 53 cases of intracranial pneumatosis and 2 cases of CSF leak. Conclusion: Trepanation and drainage had a little wound and effective certain.
