彩色血流显像技术对附睾炎并发精索静脉曲张的评估

目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）技术在检测急、慢性附睾炎并发精索静脉曲张中的临床作用.方法 采用直接检查法在清晰显示二维超声图像基础上,进行CDFI血流分类及血流动力学指标收缩期峰值血流速度（Vmax）、舒张末期速度（Vmin）和阻力指数（RI）的检测.结果 对56例急性附睾炎和92例慢性附睾炎患者血流检测表明,急性附睾炎组Vmax高于慢性附睾炎组,而RI前者低于后者（P〈0.01）;急性附睾炎组CDFI血流以Ⅱ、Ⅲ级血流为主（50/56）,而慢性附睾炎组患者主要表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ级血流（77/92）;精索静脉曲张是附睾炎的常见表现（89/148）.结论 二维及CDFI可清晰显示急慢性附睾炎图像,在其临床诊断及疗效判定中具有重要作用.

Assessment of epididymitis combined with varicoceles by color Doppler flow imaging

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） in detection of epididymitis combined with varicoceles. Methods On the base of clear two - dimensional ultrasound imaging with direct examination, the blood flow was classified by CDFI, the hemodynamics parameters included peak velocity in systolic phase （Vmax）, end diastolic velocity （Vmin） and RI were measured. Results The flow velocity in acute group （n =56） was higher than that in chronic group （ n = 92 ）, while the RI in acute group was lower than that in chronic group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The CDFI in acute group showed most of Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade flow （50/56）, while in chronic group most of Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade flow（77/92）. Varicocele was common appearance in epididymitis （89/148）. Conclusion Two - dimensional ultrasound and CDFI can clearly display the images of acute and chronic epididymitis, it has important value in clinical treatment and therapeutic effect evaluation.
