复方丹参注射液对急性脑梗死炎症因子的影响

目的研究复方丹参注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清高敏C反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶-9水平的影响并探讨其与临床疗效的关系。方法86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以常规措施并加复方丹参注射液治疗,对照组仅用常规治疗。血清hs-CRP采用免疫比浊法测定,MMP-9采用酶联免疫吸附测定法测定。结果两组治疗后血清hs-CRP、MMP-9浓度较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.001),但治疗组降低较对照组更显著(P<0.001);治疗组显愈率及总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后较治疗前神经功能缺损程度评分均明显改善(P<0.001),但治疗组改善较对照组更显著(P<0.001)。结论复方丹参注射液可显著降低急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-9水平,其对急性脑梗死的治疗作用与降低hs-CRP、MMP-9,减轻炎症反应有关。

Effect of Compound Danshen Injection on Flammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of compound Danshen injection for acute cerebral infarction and explore its influences on hypersensitive C-reactive protein and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in peripheral blood in patients. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups(n=43): the therapeutic group was given conventional therapy adding compound Danshen injection, while the control group was given conventional therapy only. Serum hs-CRP concentrations were examined by immunoturbidimetry and serum MMP-9 levels were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay. Results Serum hsCRP and MMP-9 levels all obviously decreased in the patients after treatment for two weeks(P<0.001), and the difference was more significant in therapeutic group than in control group(P<0.001). After treatment, the clinical curative rate and markedly effective rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and all the criteria tested decreased more significantly in the therapeutic group than those in the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion Compound Danshen injection has significant therapeutic effect for acute cerebral infarction and can markedly reduce the serum concentration of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in patients. The mechanism of compound Danshen injection in treating acute cerebral infarction is related with its action of anti-inflammation in the patients.
