光催化空气消毒器杀菌效果试验研究

摘    要:目的观察光催化空气消毒器和紫外线空气消毒器对室内空气消毒效果。方法采用平板沉降采样法进行了现场空气消毒效果检测。结果光催化空气消毒器持续运行,在不同人数进入室内活动90min,人数由2人增加到8人,光催化空气消毒器所在室内空气自然细菌平均菌数由212cfu/m3增加至573cfu/m3;除菌率波动在59.09%~75.00%之间。紫外线空气消毒器所在室内空气自然菌平均菌数由204cfu/m3增加到535cfu/m3;除菌率波动在28.30%~48.20%。光催化空气消毒器作用时间由45min增加到135min,对室内空气中自然菌除菌率由59.30%增加到68.60%;紫外线空气消毒器作用对室内空气中自然菌除菌率由32.40%增加到51.00%。结论光催化空气消毒器对室内空气中自然菌有一定的除菌效果,但其与紫外线循环风空气消毒器除菌效果基本无明显差异。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of photocatalysis air disinfector and ultraviolet air disinfector in disinfection of indoor air. Methods Flat slab exposure sampling method was used to examine the efficacy in on - the - spot air disinfection. Results Under the conditions of continuous operation of the photocataiysis air disinfector, entrance of various numbers of persons to the room with activity for 90 min and increase in the number of persons from 2 to 8, the average natural bacterial count in the indoor air of the room where the photocatalysis air disinfector was present increased from 212 cfu/ m^3 to 573 cfu/m^3 and the rate of removing bacteria ranged from 59.09% to 75.00%. The average natural bacterial count in air of the room where the ultraviolet air disinfector was present increased from 204 cfu/m^3 to 535 cfu/m^3 and the rate of removing bacteria ranged from 28.30% to 48.20%. When the operation time of the photocatalysis air disinfector increased from 45 min to 135 min, the rate of removing natural bacteria in indoor air increased from 59.30% to 68.60%, while the rate of removing natural bacteria by ultraviolet air disinfector after operation for the same time increased from 32.40% to 51.00%. Conclusion The photocatalysis air disinfector has certain efficacy in removing the natural bacteria in indoor air, but its efficacy in removing bacteria is essentially not different obviously from that of ultraviolet circulating wind air disinfector.
