高州市1950～1999年急性传染病发病趋势分析

目的总结高州市50年来控制急性传染病成果，为更有效地控制或消除传染病提供理论依据。方法运用分析流行病的研究方法，将高州市1950～1999年法定报告的急性传染病进行统计学分析。结果高州市50年的急性传染病年均总发病率为1288．32／10万，年均总死亡率为7．27／10万。总发病率最高是1954年的10335．80／10万，最低是1999年的53．43／10万；总死亡率最高是1967年的60.43／10万，1993和1994年无死亡病例报告。50年代以虫媒性传染病为主，占传染病总数的69．56％；60年代和70年代都是以呼吸道传染病为主，分别占传染病总数的84.37％和62．95％；80年代和90年代均以肠道传染病为主，分别占传染病总数的56．76％和46．43％。结论经过卫生防疫工作50年的努力，高州市急性传染病得到了有效的控制，年均总发病率和年均总死亡率90年代比50年代分别下降了94．93％和98．74％。

Analysis of trend of acute infectious diseases in the years of 1950～1999 in Gaozhou City

Objective To sum up experience in control of acute infectious disease in fifty years in Gaozhou City,and provide theoretical basis for effective control and elimination of infectious diseases. Methods And the reportable acute infectious disease from 1950 to 1999 in Gaozhou City were statistically analyzed. Results Annual average total incidence of acute infectious disease Gaozhou City in fifty years was 1 288.32 per hundred thousand, and the annual average total mortality was 7.27 per hundred thousand. The morbidity was highest in 1954 being 10 335.80 per hundred thousand, and the lowlest in 1999 being 53.43 per hundred thousand; the total mortality highest in 1967 was 60.43 per hundred thousand, in 1993 and 1994 no death cases were reported. Conclusion As a result of effort of fifty years the acute infectious diseases in Gaozhou City have been effectively controlled, and the annual average total morbidity and mortality from the 1990 to 1999 dropped to 94.93% and 98.74% than that from 1950 to 1959.
