| 摘 要： | 目的了解武汉高校学生的艾滋病相关知识和态度，为在该人群中开展艾滋病健康教育干预工作提供依据。方法在武汉市抽取10所高校，每所高校采取随机抽样的方法抽取调查对象，采用自制问卷进行调查。结果武汉市高校在校大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率为92.2％；艾滋病相关态度方面持积极态度的比例不高，仅有31.3％的调查对象表示发生婚外性行为的时候会使用安全套，53.3％的调查对象表示愿意与感染者交往。结论在对目标人群进行宣传教育过程中，应改变过去单纯的知识性的宣传，转变为知识性的宣传和信念转变相结合。
